Why do 1:1?

One-to-one Yoga sessions are tailored to your interests and needs. The pace and progression is programmed specifically for you. One-to-one sessions are a great way to recover after operation or injury but also to develop a deeper practice. The very nature of 1:1 means that you get close and detailed guidance relevant to your body and requirements. Subject to availability, 1:1 are held at Feathers Holistic Centre, PE6 8RP Monday-Wednesday at 4:45pm. Gemma is a very attentive teacher who personalises each class to my physical needs and energy levels. She guides me through the asanas in an encouraging, considerate and technically detailed way, without being overbearing. I always feel I'm learning new things about my body as I do a class with Gemma and this understanding makes me feel more connected with myself. I feel I have made great progress in my physical and psychological wellbeing through my individual lessons with Gemma. She radiates a positive and nurturing energy and it's always a real pleasure to be taught by her. Gemma's ability to listen to my specific needs, her in-depth knowledge of physiology and yoga, coupled with her caring, joyful personality make her a top-rate instructor.
